Make a real difference by providing compassionate, personalized care in patients' homes. As a Home Health RN - PRN, you'll coordinate care, perform assessments, administer treatments, and educate patients and families—all in a flexible, supportive environment.

Requirements

RN License
Active nursing license in your state
Home health or community care experience preferred
Comfortable with EHR systems and clinical procedures
Strong infection control knowledge and HIPAA compliance
In-home healthcare experience
Home health agency experience
Vital signs and health screenings
