Evaluate physiological responses to anesthesia and surgical interventions, utilizing clinical expertise to anticipate case-specific needs and potential complications based on complex pathophysiology. Implement aggressive, individualized pain management strategies and therapeutic interventions to stabilize patients during the most vulnerable phase of surgical recovery. Function as a vigilant advocate in a Level 1 setting, continuously assessing patient stability to ensure safe transitions and optimal outcomes in a high-volume surgical environment. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following required: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
