Ridgewood Center is Currently Hiring Part time Nurses 3pm-11pm. Under the direction of the Nurse Supervisor, Unit Manager, or Nurse Executive, the Registered Nurse (RN) delivers efficient, high-quality, and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and high patient/family satisfaction. The RN operates within the scope of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act and delegates appropriate care responsibilities to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The RN manages comprehensive patient care through physical assessments, nursing diagnoses, care plan development, and interdisciplinary team collaboration.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate Degree in Nursing - ADN, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing - BSN)
Active, current, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State Board of Nursing
Current BLS / CPR certification (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers)
Experience in long-term care, post-acute care, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing is preferred
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
Must fulfill required health screenings, including Tuberculin Skin Test (TST) verification as mandated by state guidelines
