The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and compassionate care to patients or residents in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living facility. The RN is responsible for assessing patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety and well-being.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing)
  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Previous experience in healthcare, long-term care, or acute care setting preferred but not required; new graduates welcome to apply
  • CPR
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and nursing documentation
  • Knowledge of nursing best practices, medications, and safety protocols
