About this role

Requirements

• ADN or BSN from an accredited college or university
• Valid Texas RN license in good standing required
• Must be 21 years or older
• CPR Certification required
• Certified in facility approved verbal de-escalation and physical crisis management techniques within 30 days of hire and prior to completion of orientation required
• Minimum of one (1) year healthcare management experience preferred
• Experience in an inpatient mental health setting at a management level preferred
• Clinical supervision and basic skills in personnel management concepts and methods
