As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Responsibilities:
Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans; Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed; Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information; Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed; Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery; Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care.
Requirements
- Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
