Provides care to residents in accordance with care plan as directed by physician's orders and in accordance with laws, regulations and facility guidelines. Monitors facility clinical systems to effectively facilitate quality resident care. Directs and develops RNs, LPNs and CNAs working on the unit to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.

RN License
RN degree from an accredited college or nursing school; current RN licensure within the state of practice; CPR certification required; BLS Certification; one to three years nursing supervisor experience in a long-term care or other health care setting; geriatrics experience preferred; healthcare experience 1 year preferred
