Day Shift Nurses - Clearwater, FL Gulfside Health & Rehab is seeking compassionate and skilled Nurses to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Nurse at Gulfside Health & Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare facility. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care to long-term care residents and short-stay rehabilitation patients, assessing patients' needs, developing care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining accurate records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
