Highland Springs Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) Supervisor to join our long-term care team in Highland Springs, Virginia.
Shifts:
11:00p-7:00a PT EOW

Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
Oversee implementation of resident care plans
Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
Ensure proper documentation of incidents, and clinical updates
Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Virginia
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
Previous Supervisor experience
