About this role
The Director of Health Services (DHS) leads the overall implementation of health and wellness services in a senior living community. Serves as a liaison with families, hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations, and related service agencies. Responsible for hiring, training, managing, and leading a care team providing superior care while maintaining physical, psychological and emotional wellness of residents. Conducts resident assessments, drafts service plans, ensures regulatory compliance, manages staff scheduling, oversees medication administration, and coordinates interdisciplinary care.

Requirements
Certified RN, LPN, or LVN (or 2 years of full-time college attendance)
Completed required specialized Nursing coursework for certification as RN, LPN or LVN
CEU completion and timely license renewal
Prior related work experience in assisted living management role
Prior management or supervisory experience
Current First Aid Certification
Background clearances as required by government regulations
Health screening and negative TB test results (within last 6 months or within 7 days of employment)
