Urgent Hiring – Director of Nursing. We are hiring an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and oversee clinical operations in New Mexico. The Director of Nursing will lead nursing staff, manage daily clinical operations, support staff development, and make sure the facility follows applicable healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

Current and valid nursing license as required by the state of New Mexico
RN License
Current and valid nursing license as required by the state of New Mexico
Previous experience in nursing leadership, management, or administration
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, and healthcare regulations
Experience supervising and managing healthcare staff
Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Experience with staff scheduling, performance management, and training
Ability to manage resources and work within a department budget
Knowledge of quality improvement and patient safety practices
