Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 5x8hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Oct 12, 2026 Length: 6 weeks Openings: 1 American Traveler is seeking an LPN with home health experience and HCHB PointCare experience to support an HCHB PointCare transition, precepting current staff during go-live.
Details Home health setting supporting a transition to HCHB PointCare across multiple locations Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Training conducted in-person Tuesday-Thursday and virtually Monday and Friday during the first three weeks On-site go-live and preceptor support during the final three weeks Clinician will train at an initial location before transitioning on-site No bedside patient care expected for the majority of the assignment, aside from potential ride-along support during implementation Requirements Oregon LPN license required if applicable; license pending is acceptable Minimum 1 year of home health experience required HCHB PointCare experience required Comfortable with technology and supporting other clinicians in a preceptor capacity No time off accepted during this short-term, Monday-Friday contract Additional Information Clinician will serve as a preceptor, providing real-time guidance to current travelers and staff during go-live Opportunity to gain experience with HCHB, EMR implementation, precepting, and AI-supported tools Contract structured around a structured training and go-live schedule rather than routine patient caseload
