The Subacute Unit Manager is responsible for the overall clinical and administrative management of the subacute unit, ensuring the highest standards of quality care, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction. This role oversees nursing staff, coordinates interdisciplinary care, and supports a safe, efficient, and therapeutic environment for residents transitioning from hospital to home or long-term care.
Requirements
Current RN license in the State of New Jersey (required)
Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience in subacute/rehabilitation or long-term care (preferred but not necessary)
At least 1 year in a supervisory/management role preferred
Strong knowledge of NJ DOH and CMS regulations
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead in a fast-paced environment
Sub-acute care experience
Long-term care facility experience
Living in Jersey City, NJ
