54 bed Skilled Nursing Community in Hemet is looking for Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN assumes responsibility for nursing care management of residents on the unit to which assigned. This position requires direct supervision of floor nurses and non-licensed staff. Responsibilities include recognizing changes in resident conditions, completing shift reports, daily rounds, admissions, IV therapy, medication administration, incident reporting, infection control, and staff supervision.

Requirements

Current California RN License
Graduate of an approved school of nursing
CPR Certification
BLS Certification
Experience working with geriatric patients
Skilled nursing facility experience
Staff supervision experience
IV therapy within licensed nurses' scope of practice
