Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit (ICCU)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate patient care within the Specialty Care (Intermediate Care) department. The RN will establish personalized relationships with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful death. Key responsibilities include utilizing evidence-based practices, demonstrating compassion, and ensuring care aligns with policies and procedures. The role requires a current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, with preferred experience in critical care, telemetry, or neuro settings, and a bachelor’s degree is favored. Additional duties involve fostering teamwork, community involvement, diversity, inclusion, and maintaining a safe, patient-centered environment committed to the principle of "First Do No Harm."
