We are seeking experienced Nurse Managers RN/LPN to join our team at the Burlington Health & Rehabilitation Center in Burlington, Vermont. As a Nurse Manager, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants.

Requirements

Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in practicing state
Current CPR certification
BLS Certification
Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required
