Part Time Director of Nursing - RN

The Part Time Director of Nursing (DON) - IDD group homes is responsible for leading and supervising the nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents, and adhering to relevant regulations and standards. They oversee all aspects of nursing operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance. Reports directly to the Executive Director. Responsible for providing support services to ensure effective management and administration of quality services according to the philosophy and standards of Inclusive Care Community. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provides oversight and supervision of nursing and med tech supports in place throughout the agency. Guides compliance with ICC policies and procedures. 2. Participates in annual ISP meetings, oversees development of ISP's, ensures compliance with ISP timeline. Completes person centered planning for private duty and skilled nursing. 3. Oversees training activities in conjunction with the leadership team.
