Jefferson Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to join our leadership team. This position works closely with our Director of Nursing (DON) and two Assistant Directors of Nursing (ADONs) to provide exceptional clinical leadership and quality resident care. We are a well-established Skilled Nursing Facility caring for a daily census of 175–185 residents. Our facility includes short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, custodial care, and hospice services, providing a diverse and rewarding nursing experience.

Requirements

  • Current Louisiana RN license in good standing
  • Long term care: 3 years (Required)
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Background check
  • Skilled nursing facility experience
  • Teamwork
