30-bed 7Heart unit specializing in patients with acute and chronic disease processes including congestive heart failure and cardiology patients requiring diagnostic testing and surgical and non-surgical interventions for atrial fibrillation and other dysrhythmias. Also extends care to patients with other organ system diseases and supports med/surg overflow patients. RN will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association required/expected within 6 months of hire date
Cardiac/critical care experience preferred
