Requirements
- Current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of NJ
- Current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of NJ
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required
- Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required
- No previous supervisory experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers
