Perianesthesia RN CC

The Staff RN is a professional care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a select group of patients/families for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients during admission, Phase 1 and Phase 2 anesthesia up to and including transfer/discharge. Essential duties include communication, customer/patient focus, teamwork, accountability, and leadership. Performs initial and ongoing focused assessments, develops individualized plans of care, administers medications, participates in clinical research, and may function as Charge.
