- LPN: Diploma from an accredited LPN program
- RN: Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
- Current, valid, compact LPN or RN license in good standing to practice in the State of Tennessee
- Current, valid CPR certification
- Valid driver's license

- Preferred: Biologic/Specialty pharmacy experience
- Ability to fluently speak and read English
