About this role
*Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Care (30 Hrs/Week)*
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable *Registered Nurse (RN)* to provide *one-on-one, in-home care* for a pediatric client. This role offers consistent hours, scheduling flexibility, and long-term stability in a supportive home environment.
*Schedule*
- *Weekdays (Mon–Fri):* 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Preferred minimum coverage: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- *Weekends:* Flexible scheduling
- *Sundays:* Early start preferred (as early as 8:00 AM; flexible end time)
- *Saturdays:* Flexible between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
*Responsibilities*
- Perform *tracheostomy care*, including routine cleaning and trach changes
- Administer prescribed medications
- Conduct ongoing nursing assessments and monitor patient condition
- Assist with *activities of daily living (ADLs)* including bathing, grooming, and hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, and wheelchair use as needed
- Manage evening routine (post-school care, positioning, bedtime preparation)
- Organize and maintain medical supplies
- Provide attentive, compassionate, and patient-centered care
*Requirements (Required – No Exceptions)*
- Active *RN license* (state-specific)
- *Pediatric care experience REQUIRED*
- *Tracheostomy care experience REQUIRED*
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work assigned schedule consistently
*Compensation & Benefits*
