RN/LPN MDS Coordinator- Experience Required

Join Westbury Center of Jackson as a valued RN/LPN MDS Coordinator! You will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care, while enjoying a fulfilling and supportive work environment. As the MDS Coordinator, you'll serve as the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI)/Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator for our center. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing MDS assessments in accordance with CMS and LTCI regulations and guidelines.
