About this role
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. This role focuses on improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and strong clinical judgment. Key responsibilities include assessing patient health status, developing and implementing individualized care plans, evaluating patient responses, engaging patients and families, coordinating care across interdisciplinary teams, delegating and supervising care provided by LPNs and UAPs, and upholding standards of patient advocacy, safety, and clinical excellence.
Qualifications include current RN license in Florida, BSN preferred, professional nursing board certification required within 2 years of hire.
