About this role

Role: The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care during hospital stays, assessing, managing, and coordinating patient care with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops and evaluates individualized care plans, administers medications, and documents patient responses. Collaborates with healthcare team members, provides patient and family education, and ensures safe, effective care aligned with standards and protocols. Maintains infection control, recognizes changes in patient conditions, and responds appropriately. Delivers high-quality service, communicates effectively, and respects patient dignity and confidentiality. Participates in performance improvement initiatives, adheres to safety policies, and demonstrates professionalism in teamwork and environment maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills

Licensed RN in applicable states, BLS certified, strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills, and commitment to quality care. Ability to adapt to changing demands and work environments.
