Ready for your next travel nursing adventure? We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a great healthcare team in Concord, New Hampshire!

Assignment Details

  • Position: Travel LPN
  • Location: Concord, NH
  • Assignment Length: 14 Weeks
  • Hours: 40 Hours/Week
  • Shift: Full-Time
  • Contract Type: Travel Assignment

What You’ll Do

As a Travel LPN, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with nurses, providers, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities may include

Providing direct patient care according to established care plans

Administering medications and treatments within scope of practice

Monitoring and documenting patient conditions

Assisting with patient assessments and clinical procedures

Communicating changes in patient status to the appropriate healthcare team

Educating patients and families as appropriate

Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

Following facility policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures

✅ What We’re Looking For

Active New Hampshire LPN license or eligibility to obtain one

Current BLS certification

Recent LPN/LVN clinical experience

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to adapt quickly to a new healthcare environment

Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach

Ability to commit to the full 14-week assignment
