Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) supports clinical operations through direct patient care, treatment administration, and clinical coordination. This role is ideal for a nurse passionate about wellness, education, and working in a supportive, high-touch patient care environment. The RN will work closely with providers and the clinical team to ensure safe, effective, and positive outcomes for patients undergoing IV therapies, injections, and functional medicine treatments. Key Responsibilities Administer IV therapies, injections, and other in-office treatments Assist with specialized procedures such as EBOO Educate patients on treatment plans, protocols, and post-care instructions Monitor patients during treatment and respond to any side effects or complications Document patient care thoroughly and accurately in the EMR Maintain treatment room cleanliness and ensure appropriate inventory of supplies Communicate and collaborate effectively with providers, PharmDs, and support staff Support overall patient experience by fostering a calm, welcoming, and professional environment Required Qualifications Active RN license in the state of Tennessee Valid U. S. work authorization Current BLS certification Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in IV administration, infusion therapy, or wellness-focused care Familiarity with functional, integrative, or concierge medical practices Prior experience in ICU or Emergency care Interest in preventative medicine and holistic care Core Competencies Strong clinical judgment and patient monitoring skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail Team-oriented and motivated to grow in a progressive healthcare environment Working Conditions Both Full-time and Part-time positions are available Full-time: 5 days per week, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm CT Part-time: 2 days per week, possibility to increase days with growth (schedule to be discussed) In-office, day-shift hours Weekends & Major Holidays: Closed Compensation Commensurate with experience
