Requirements
- Current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Virginia
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required
- Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Skilled nursing facility experience
