RN Registered Nurse (Direct Care). Full & Part Time Positions Available. PRN/Per Diem NOT Currently Accepted. Minimum 1+yrs Long Term Care Experience REQUIRED. Opportunities for Growth. We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & to those needing long-term care. Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications. Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings. Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data. Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care. Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others. Family & Resident
Education:
Explain health status, changes and expectations for care. Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions. Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN's and CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork.
