Harris Health supports both experienced registered nurses and new graduates, as the minimum experience requirement can be met through either one year of full-time RN experience or completion of a Graduate Nurse (GN) Program. The educational requirements for the NCII position are flexible, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred but not required. Candidates may also qualify with a Diploma in Nursing or graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
