About this role

Registered Nurse - Field Supervisor. Arcadia New England is immediately hiring in Dartmouth, MA and surrounding areas: a Registered Nurse - Field supervisor to conduct intake/opens and quarterly field supervisory visits of personal care staff and their clients in the home on a per diem basis. The RN is responsible for opening and intakes based on an authorized care plan review with the client in their home and performing quarterly in person observed performance and client supervisory visits for home care field employees and patients to ensure staff best practice and patient health and wellness as indicated by the individual plan of care.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
Currently a licensed RN through the Massachusetts State Board of Nursing
At least one (1) year's general nursing experience in a clinical area, home care supervisory or assessment experience
Valid Driver's License and access to car transportation
RN License in Massachusetts (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
