Must possess an active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license. This is a 100% remote clinical role responsible for auditing Medicare/Medicaid Home Health charts, reviewing OASIS documentation, and managing clinical correction workflows within Axxess EMR. This is not an industrial or manufacturing quality control position. Compensation is per-chart basis: OASIS Assessments $35.00-$45.00 per chart, Routine Skilled Nurse/Therapy Visit Notes $5.00-$8.00 per chart. 24 to 48-hour maximum turnaround time from assignment to audit submission.
Requirements
- Active Texas RN license
- Home health experience: 2 years (Required)
- Clinical QA experience with Axxess EMR software
- US work authorization
- 1099 contract
