Requirements
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, subacute rehabilitation, or acute care preferred
- Previous leadership, charge nurse, or unit manager experience preferred
- Experience caring for residents with tracheostomies, pulmonary conditions, ventilators, or respiratory therapy strongly preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Current CPR/BLS certification
