Richmond Post Acute is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Pulmonary/Trach Unit Manager to lead our specialized pulmonary and tracheostomy care unit. This leadership role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional clinical care while mentoring and supporting a dedicated nursing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced post-acute environment and are committed to improving resident outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, subacute rehabilitation, or acute care preferred
  • Previous leadership, charge nurse, or unit manager experience preferred
  • Experience caring for residents with tracheostomies, pulmonary conditions, ventilators, or respiratory therapy strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
