About this role
Clinical Nurse position at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center providing direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families in the PCU Cardiac Surgery 3T unit. Day shift, 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7:30 PM), every other weekend. Involves clinical advancement, clinical judgment and decision making, clinical leadership, nurse-patient/family relationship management, and care coordination within a Magnet-recognized hospital.
Requirements
- Graduate of nursing school
- 1 Year clinical experience (RNs with less than 12 months experience will complete the new grad requirements)
- California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing - REQUIRED
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association - REQUIRED
