Director of Nursing Services - LPN - Personal Care. Responsible for the overall implementation, delivery, and coordination of resident care services, ensuring exceptional standards of care and maintaining a safe and compassionate environment for residents. Responsibilities include admitting/transferring/discharging residents, performing daily rounds, conducting Quality Assurance reviews, providing leadership to nursing personnel, consulting with physicians, and building relationships with community staff, residents, and families.

Requirements
- Current PA State Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current PA State Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Experience in direct patient care, assessments/observation of clinical conditions, and recruiting, training, and managing staff
- Experience at a department head level in Personal Care or a related field
- Demonstrated leadership with supervisory skills
- At least 3 years' experience in long-term care/geriatrics
- Excellent communication, organizational, and observation skills
- CPR certified and knowledge of basic first aid
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all resident care information
