Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility. Location: Central Nursing Home – Chicago, IL. Shifts Available: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (AM Shift). Next Day Pay Available. Full-Time & Part-Time Openings. Compassionate Leadership. Meaningful Care. Real Growth. Seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our care-focused nursing team. Responsibilities include monitoring, assessing, and documenting resident conditions; administering medications and treatments per physician orders; collaborating with physicians, DON/ADON, and interdisciplinary teams; supervising CNAs; responding promptly to resident needs; supporting families; ensuring accurate documentation and compliance; helping improve processes for resident safety and care quality.

Requirements

  • Current RN license in Illinois
  • Current RN license in Illinois
  • CPR/BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in SNF/LTC
  • Calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and a strong team player
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • A commitment to kindness, respect, and integrity in every interaction
