Richmond Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) Supervisor to join our long-term care team in Richmond, Virginia. Shifts: 7a-7p FT, PT Tuesdays only; 7p-7a FT. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting nursing staff, overseeing implementation of resident care plans, conducting regular nursing unit rounds, ensuring proper documentation of incidents and clinical updates, promoting a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance, and assisting in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Virginia
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
  • Previous Supervisor experience
