- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing)
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or healthcare setting
- Experience working weekend shifts is a plus
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
