The RN Weekend Warrior is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents or patients during weekend shifts in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living facility. This position is ideal for Registered Nurses who prefer weekend shifts and want flexibility in their schedule. The RN Weekend Warrior plays a key role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being and safety of all residents during the weekend.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing)
  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or healthcare setting
  • Experience working weekend shifts is a plus
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
