LVN Hospice Nurse, Part Time

If you are looking for a company that will treat you like family, then Acacia is for you. www.acaciahealth.net Responsibilities: Hospice visits daytime visits Provide accurate and timely documentation Assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education Perform other duties as assigned by the registered nurse Other visit as needed based on your availability including routine and PRN, visits, discharges, Deaths, CC, etc. Qualifications: Demonstrated compassion and commitment to patientcentered care Active LVN license in the state of California Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation Minimum 1 year of hospice nursing experience; strong understanding of hospice philosophy and endoflife care Prior experience in nursing or related medical fields HomecareHomebase/Pointcare EMR: 1 year (Preferred) Job Types: Part-time Schedule: Weekdays Service Coverage: Orange County Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
