Support RN position at Four Seasons performing 2-4 hospice admissions daily during night and after-hours shifts. Includes comprehensive patient assessments, direct nursing care, care plan implementation, and collaboration with healthcare providers. Reports to Clinical Team Leader. Located in Buncombe County and surrounding areas.

Requirements
Valid NC RN license
Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance

Two years of clinical experience preferred
Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations and Medicare Conditions of Participation
Knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules and regulations
Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
Basic data entry skills
Excellent organization, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
