The program coordinator creates, develops and implements specialized clinical practice in the area of neonatology. Serves as a clinical resource person in the NICU, and serves as a liaison throughout the facility and in the community regarding services provided for this unique patient population. Build collaborative relationships with other Neonatal Program Coordinators of designated facilities within the Perinatal Care Region.

Requirements

RN (Registered Nurse)
RNC-NIC (Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing)
RNC-NIC (Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing)
RN (Registered Nurse)
Bachelors Degree
3 years experience
Level III NICU clinical experience
NRP certification
NTD Cardiac Stable Module (within 18 months of employment)
Neonate Resuscitate (within 30 days of employment)
