Tier 3 - System Flex Team Traveler Registered Nurse (RN) expected to be assigned to various sites throughout the Bon Secours Mercy Health System to provide patient care promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process. Must float to assigned sites outside of home market. Conducts individualized patient assessment, formulates and implements plan of care, delivers care with age and cultural competence, participates in continuous quality improvement, and maintains current eNLC RN licensure and required certifications.

Requirements

BLS Certification (American Heart Association, required)
ACLS Certification (American Heart Association, required)
Compact License eNLC RN and/or licensed to work in OH, KY, VA, and SC
Associate of Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (required)
Bachelors of Science in Nursing (preferred)
One year as a Registered Nurse minimum with nursing experience in specialty
4-5 years as a Registered Nurse (preferred)
1-2 years as a Travel Nurse (preferred)
