Director of all nursing functions within a 50-bed Skilled Nursing Facility at Freedom Village at Brandywine in Coatesville, PA. Responsible for planning, organizing and developing all nursing service operations to deliver the highest degree of quality care for residents. Oversees nursing staff, coordinates nursing services, develops restorative care programs, and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Registered nurse with a current license in Pennsylvania
Two years' experience in geriatric nursing and/or B.S. Degree in nursing
Minimum of two years nursing administration experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
Minimum 3-5 years supervising others
Participation in professional organizations dealing primarily in geriatrics preferred
NADONA certification a plus
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
