Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Registered nurse with a current license in Pennsylvania
- Two years' experience in geriatric nursing and/or B.S. Degree in nursing
- Minimum of two years nursing administration experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
- Minimum 3-5 years supervising others
- Participation in professional organizations dealing primarily in geriatrics preferred
- NADONA certification a plus
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
