Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of two (2) years RN experience
- Current Washington State or Multistate (MSL) RN license
- Nursing or healthcare related professional board certification in a clinical specialty area or leadership (on hire or within 3 years, recognized by ANCC)
- BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (or PEARS or PALS accepted in lieu)
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Nursing or business related field
- Preferred: Recent clinical experience in a pediatric ambulatory setting
- Preferred: Recent experience in an ambulatory management and/or leadership role
