Requirements
- Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program recognized by ACEN, CCNE, or NLN CNEA
- If graduated from non-accredited program: at least 1 year RN experience in applicable care setting or 1 year LPN experience at Mayo Clinic
- Entry-level associate degree RNs must complete BSN within 5 years of RN start date (for start dates after April 1, 2020)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience working in a team environment
- Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends, and on-call
- Current RN license by applicable state requirements
