Deliver direct, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients. Carry out physician and nursing orders, implement and evaluate personalized patient care plans. Monitor patient progress, document findings, and communicate critical updates to the multidisciplinary team. Serve as the primary coordinator integrating care efforts across disciplines. Advocate for patients by assessing discharge needs and ensuring smooth, safe transitions of care. Specialty: OBGYN Residency. Schedule: Day Shift, Full-Time. Facility: Ascension Medical Clinic, Pensacola, FL.

Requirements

  • RN License (Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from Florida Board of Nursing or Alabama Board of Nursing)
  • BLS Certification (BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date, American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
  • Nursing Diploma (Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire)
  • Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
  • 1 year of experience working in a Medical Clinic or Medical Group
  • 1 year of experience working in Women's Health, L&D or Pediatrics
  • Care plan evaluation and implementation
  • Patient progress tracking and monitoring
