- BLS Certification (BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date, American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
- Nursing Diploma (Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire)
- Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- 1 year of experience working in a Medical Clinic or Medical Group
- 1 year of experience working in Women's Health, L&D or Pediatrics
- Care plan evaluation and implementation
- Patient progress tracking and monitoring
